The show initially revolved around the life of Dua, whose married life takes a drastic turn when her husband ties the knot with another woman, Ghazal. However after the 25 year generational leap, the show now focuses on the lives Mannat, Ibaadat, along with Subhaan, whom Ibaadat loves.
