Sharad Kelkar: From a stutterer to the voice of Baahubali in Disney+Hotstar's Baahubali

Did you know that Sharad Kelkar, renowned for his voice in Baahubali and as a prominent voice-over artist, struggled with stuttering as a child? Kelkar has shared insights into his childhood challenges and how his life transformed post-Baahubali.

Sharad Kelkar, the man behind the voice of Baahubali elaborated on the same and said, “A boy from a small town, who stammered, became the voice of Baahubali. My life completely changed after the film.”

Talking about his upcoming series Baahubali: Crown of Blood, he said, “The characters and the emotions are the same, in fact, all the voices in Hindi are the same. In the film, I had Prabhas Garu for reference but here, I had to voice the character first and then it would go into animation. So, I had to do it from scratch putting all my imagination to the test.”
