After celebrating Dahi Handi in the vasti, Shiva and Ashu return home. Ashu saves Shiva’s life and brings her home, but as soon as they arrive, Seetai punishes Shiva by making her clean the cars and the yard. Seetai stops talking to Shiva because she went back to the vasti, changed into her Shiva outfit, and participated in Dahi Handi. Shiva tries various ways to appease Seetai, including making dosa with “Sorry” written on it with chutney, but Seetai remains upset.
Shiva promises Seetai that she will never wear those clothes again. When Shiva accompanies Seetai to the vegetable market, she learns that local traders are being harassed by goons for protection money. Without Seetai noticing, Shiva teaches the goons a lesson. Later, when Shiva discovers that the local school is on the verge of closing due to its dilapidated condition, she decides to help. Seeing Shiva’s dedication, Ashu decides to support her. Will all of this bring affection back into Shiva and Seetai’s relationship?
