Shri Gorakshanath: Ravie Dubey stayed longer because of the atmosphere

Vedic sage Shri Gorakshanath Guruji, who is also the founder of the Siddhamath Ashram, organizes a grand Maha Shivratri puja in his ashram every year. For over two decades now, the Shri Shiva Parthiveshwar Puja Samiti has been conducting the public worship of Lord Shiva’s Parthiv Shivling on the grand occasion of Mahashivaratri. This year, actor Ravie Dubey participated in it, and the celebration made him stay longer than expected.

“When Ravie Dubey visited, he initially came for 10 minutes, but the atmosphere made him stay for a long time. The serene atmosphere moved him so much that he ended up immersed in prayer for 2.5 to 3 hours. It was a surprise for both us and him, highlighting the profound impact of the spiritual ambiance,” Gorakshanath Guruji said.

They have been organising the puja for 21 years and shared that it was a beautiful experience, like always. “It felt like Lord Shiva himself had embodied himself in the midst of his devotees, sitting in meditation among thousands of forms. The devotion of the worshippers was as lovely as the divine atmosphere there.”
