Skyview By Empyrean Welcomes Chef Lalit Kumar as New Executive

Skyview By Empyrean, the 22-acre mountain harbour nestled in Jammu’s Sanget valley that seamlessly blends hospitality, adventure and luxury, has brought on board Chef Lalit Kumar as the new Executive Chef. Chef Lalit will helm the kitchen of Skyview’s multi-cuisine Banana Leaf restaurant that has a seating capacity of 80 and offers picturesque views of the pristine Sanget Valley.

The restaurant offers mouth-watering vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes and also serves authentic local delicacies made from ingredients sourced from the region. Chef Lalit is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the food industry having led the kitchens of some of India’s most prestigious hotels, including Clarks Hotel Khajuraho (Madhya Pradesh), Radisson Hotel Rewa (Madhya Pradesh), and Ramada Hotel (Navi Mumbai).
