Her cryptic social media thought provoking post again, grabbed attention of viewers as she goes on and talks about shame and guilt, how people often confuse the two. She took to her Instagram, posed comfortably indoors with a “LOVE” frame on the wall, although it was her caption that caught the attention. She urges her audience to reflect on the difference between shame and guilt, and move in life with honesty and accountability.
In the post, Ali wrote, ‘Shame is something that you put on yourself. It is self-absorbed, self-centered. Guilt is more about owning and feeling the pain that you cause others.’ She further urged fans to read the latter half of the message again carefully, she wrote, ‘Read the latter half again!
