What matters more is how much you eat rather than what you eat,” he explained.
Despite being busy with shoots, Sonu never skips his workout because it is an important discipline in his life. He also advises staying active throughout the day. “Even while watching TV, I find ways to keep moving with crunches, push-ups, and sit-ups. These simple actions help me stay fit.”
