Chef CV Chandran a renowned South Indian specialty chef with extensive experience at prestigious hotels like Taj and Leela Palace has come on board with us as a consultant for our brand, Chef Chandran ensures the authenticity and quality of our South Indian cuisine. His expertise and passion for traditional flavors have made him a valuable asset to Salt Indian Restaurant’s culinary team. “I believe in preserving the rich heritage of South Indian cuisine.
