Stayfree GoFloRun is back and this time, it’s about more than the run. Returning for its latest edition, Stayfree GoFloRun 2026, led by actress and fitness advocate Neha Dhupia and entrepreneur & ex-National athlete Anita Lobo, brings together fitness, community and conversations around menstrual health. As a women-centred, community-led movement, Stayfree GoFloRun encourages women across age groups to move, connect and champion a more open dialogue around their health and wellbeing.
The main event of Stayfree GoFloRun 2026 will take place on 29th November in Mumbai, bringing together thousands of women for an experience that celebrates movement, community and health/well-being. With 5 km, 3 km and 1 km categories, the event is designed to welcome women at different stages of their fitness journeys, whether they are seasoned runners or taking their first steps towards an active lifestyle.
To mark the latest edition of Stayfree GoFloRun, Neha Dhupia and co-founder Anita Lobo were joined by Angad Bedi, Soha Ali Khan, Kubbra Sait, Nikhil Chinapa and Nupur Sanon. among other inspiring voices who came together to support the movement and champion conversations around fitness and menstrual health. The gathering brought together personalities from different walks of life to reinforce the importance of creating a more open, inclusive and supportive environment around women’s health and wellbeing.
Championing fitness and menstrual health, the movement has strived to challenge stigmas, encourage dialogue and remind women that their periods should never stand in the way of pursuing whatever they choose to do in their life. Taking this spirit beyond the annual run, Stayfree GoFloRun also brings women together through regular community-led fitness experiences throughout the year, including free easy runs, Pilates and yoga sessions. These experiences are designed to make fitness feel more accessible , helping women take that first step towards beginning or building their fitness journey in a supportive community.
The movement is also taking the conversations into college campuses. Stayfree GoFloRun has conducted two interactive sessions with students at Pillai College and Lala Lajpat Rai College, focusing on menstrual health and overall wellbeing. Continuing this effort, the movement will engage with more colleges to create open and meaningful conversations around menstrual health and women’s health, helping young women access information, ask questions and feel more comfortable discussing topics that are often left unspoken.

Neha Dhupia said, “GoFloRun has become something that I look forward to every year because of the incredible community that shows up for it. What started as a run has grown into a much larger conversation around movement, wellness and menstrual health. For me, the most powerful part is seeing women come together, regardless of age or background, and feel comfortable talking about their experiences while celebrating their strength. I’m excited to be back this year and to continue building a space where fitness and important conversations can coexist.”
Anita Lobo adds, “Every edition of GoFloRun reminds us that when you create the right space, people are willing to come together, participate and have conversations that genuinely matter. What has been especially rewarding for me is seeing women begin their fitness journeys with us - women who started with no running experience at all and have gone on to run a half marathon. That is the kind of journey and transformation that makes this community so special. This year, we want to take that spirit forward by making the movement even more inclusive and meaningful. Stayfree GoFloRun is about showing up for yourself, supporting the women around you and making fitness and menstrual health conversations feel normal and accessible. We’re incredibly excited to bring everyone together once again and grateful to Stayfree for being an integral part of this journey.”
Supriya Srinivasa, Marketing Director, Stayfree said, “At Stayfree, our focus has always been on helping create a more positive and open relationship with periods. We are delighted to continue our association with GoFloRun as it is a wonderful extension of this belief. It brings together fitness, community and conversations around menstrual health in a way that is engaging and encouraging. Through our diverse portfolio of menstrual hygiene solution, including our latest innovation, Stayfree® ProComfort Period Panty, we are committed to redefining period care so women can experience greater confidence, and peace of mind even during their periods to pursue whatever they choose to do."
The GoFloRun continues its mission to combine fitness, community, and empowerment, proving that when women come together, they can truly create change.
