Supriya Arora opens up about being part of A Day in Your Life

Supriya Arora, who plays the role of Rhea’s mother in the web series A Day In Our Lives season 3, says that she loves being part of the project. The actor says that she relates to her character in many ways.

“I’m playing Rhea’s loving and caring Mum in this series. Just like mothers want the best for their children, I want her to be happy in life and I’m willing to face any situation for her happiness. I have never played such a character before and the moment I read the script, I could already feel the immense love Rhea’s Mum had in her heart for her family,” she says.

Ask her how much she relates to her character, and she says, “Just like Rhea’s Mum, I, too, am loving, caring, understanding, and love to pamper all the close people that I love in my life. I’m ready to go against all odds for them and believe in the motto - live and let live.”

She is confident that the audience would love this season as well. “The youth want something they can relate to, something they may or want to experience in their lives. And “A Day in Our Lives” will be a perfect example of the youth life these days. I enjoyed the story the moment I read the script and related to it in many ways myself. And I already knew this is something that many people will relate to. People of all ages will love it,” she says.

Talking about working with director-producer Raghav Kansal, she says, “I have so many things to say. It has been my good karma to have worked with Raghav Kansal. Not a moment did I feel that I was working. The entire shoot went smoothly as if it was a vacation for me. Every scene was done with a lot of patience. I was made to feel at home and totally in my comfort zone. Everything was taken care of without having to ask for it. Hope to work with Raghav and GSN Films again in future.”

Meanwhile, talking about what has been the most challenging part of being an Supriya, who has been part of Crime Patrol, Baal Shiv, Vighnaharta Ganesha, Teri Meri Doriyaan, Sasural Genda Phool, says, “Rejections! When I started, I did not know the harsh truth of the daily and frequent rejections that an actor has to face. I only prepared myself for the characterization and other aspects of being an actor. No one had told me that being judged every single time would be an integral part of my life as an actor.”
