Tahir Raj Bhasin has completed the shooting of a new film directed by Vikram Phadnis. The actor, who plays the lead role in the yet-to-be-titled project, shared the news of the film’s wrap by posting on Instagram.
The actor shared a few photographs from the film’s set, in which Vikram Phadnis can also be seen. Along with the photos, he posted an emotional message.
In the post, he wrote: “Shoot complete. 🎬 This journey has been truly special and memorable. Vikram, thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the opportunity to play a character that you have written and directed with so much passion. I’m very excited to bring this film, created with so much love and hard work, to the world. @Jayoza is the real magician behind the camera. Thank you for raising the visual standard of this film every single day with your excellence. Also, a big thank you to our tirelessly energetic crew members, assistants, and wonderful co-actors — for this crazy yet unforgettable journey. 🥂”
Speaking about the project, Tahir Raj Bhasin said, “Working with Vikram Phadnis was a very joyful experience. His warmth and energy on set are truly infectious. I’m extremely grateful that he chose me for the lead role in his first Hindi directorial film. This project is special for me because it allowed me to step away slightly from the anti-hero roles I’ve portrayed in recent years. Through this film, I got the opportunity to explore a lighter, more emotional story that feels close to life, and it also allowed me to try something different as an actor. At the moment, I can’t reveal much about my role, but audiences will get to see a completely different side of me on screen — something they haven’t seen before.”
