During the Peshwa era, folk art and folk artists enjoyed immense royal patronage, and it was during this time that Phulwanti presented her art in the Mughal court. The film’s title track will showcase Phulwanti’s celestial beauty and enchanting dance skills.

The song, written by lyricists Vaibhav Joshi, Vishwajeet Joshi, and Snehal Tarde, is sung by Arya Ambekar and composed by the duo Avinash-Vishwajeet. Umesh Jadhav’s choreography and Prajakta Mali’s portrayal of Phulwanti have added immense charm to this title track.
Phulwanti is a music-driven historical film where the most crucial role was that of the music directors. Speaking about the film, Avinash-Vishwajeet shared, “It was a huge challenge to blend the grandeur, grace, historical period, and melodious music in Phulwanti’s songs, and the hard work we put into it can now be experienced by the audience. We are excited for the viewers to witness the jugalbandi of pakhawaj and ghungroos, which we are confident they will enjoy.”
Phulwanti is an extraordinary masterpiece penned by the legendary Shivshahir Babasaheb Purandare, now coming to the silver screen. Presented by Panorama Studios, Phulwanti, produced by Mangesh Pawar and Company and Shivoham Creations Private Limited, will release on October 11. The film’s dialogues are written by Pravin Vitthal Tarde, with direction by Snehal Pravin Tarde. Cinematography is handled by Mahesh Limaye. The film is produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Mangesh Pawar, Shweta Mali, and Prajakta Mali. Co-producers include Amol Joshi Productions, Muralidhar Chatwani, and Ravindra Auti, with Vikram Dhaktode as associate producer. Panorama Music is responsible for the film’s music distribution.
