Blah’s cocktail menu, curated by the skilled Dimi Lezinska, brings the world to your glass, offering popular cocktails from across the globe reimagined to suit the vibe of Blah. From Zurich, the Oxeye Fizz combines roasted apricot gin, lavender, and sparkling wine for a floral Swiss escape. La Neta, a Mexico City classic, pairs mezcal, Aperol, and elderflower for a bittersweet citrus hit. Bangkok inspires the nutty and spicy Aroy Mai, where tequila and jackfruit meet pandan and jalapeño. The umami-rich Kushi Sabishi channels Tokyo with sherry, tomato water, and a wasabi kick. Meanwhile, Venice lends its breezy charm to Aragma, a refreshing blend of vodka, strawberry-watermelon balsamic, and grapefruit soda. For non-alcoholic options, Anar from the Middle East bursts with pomegranate and basil, while the Blah Colada, a tropical dream, pairs cranberry with creamy coconut. If you’re in the mood for shots, try the Paan Bomb with its bold paan and pandan liqueur mix or the indulgent Madeleine with amaretto, Kahlua, and pineapple. For something daring, the Mauresque Sour Shot combines absinthe, orgeat, and lemon for a sharp, unforgettable kick.
Blah Santacruz’s experiential 12-seater private dining room (PDR) offers a unique setting where every cocktail brings a fascinating story from around the world to your table. The exclusive menu pairs perfectly with curated food and lively background music. Discover the tangy 1963 Nike Apache, inspired by India’s first rocket launch, or the bittersweet Camarena, celebrating the inventor of color television. The fruity Speed Dating / Sapa Love, with gin and lychee pickle brine, draws from Vietnam’s love markets, while No I.D. mixes Irish whiskey and musk melon, inspired by Queen Elizabeth II’s travels. For a bold sip, try Casa Botín, a tequila-based tribute to Spain’s oldest restaurant.
Dimi Lezinska expressed, “The menu is a journey around the world, featuring cocktails rooted in cultural and historic influences while staying true to Blah’s unique vibe. From the bittersweet La Neta of Mexico to the funky Chakma celebrating Bangladesh, and the umami-rich Kushi Sabishi from Japan, each drink reflects the essence of its origins”.
“Blah is about celebrating and connecting in a bold, beautiful, and playful space,” says Niketa P Sharma. “With this new location, we’ve elevated ourselves—be it through the cocktail program, creative plating, or Instagrammable interiors. We’re here to bring a fresh, sassy, and exciting vibe to Santacruz, offering an experience that’s truly unforgettable.”
Commenting on the location, Dilip Rawat adds, “We wanted to be in the heart of Mumbai, easily accessible to the suburbs. With Blah Santacruz, we’re excited to create bar nights and introduce lively Sunday brunches, adding a new layer of experiences for our guests.”
“With Blah Santacruz, our goal was to create a destination that’s about more than just dining—it’s about immersing guests in an environment full of personality and unexpected discoveries. Each area, from the Herbarium to the private dining room, has been crafted to tell a unique story, adding layers to the experience that go beyond the plate,” says Keith Menon, Co-Founder of Spiro Spero.
