The event was powered by Zee Yuva, the channel has played a crucial role in bringing this competition to the forefront. The competition reached its culmination with the final round featuring 25 solo performances from across the state. The anticipation among the participants was high, and on the day of the awards ceremony, Zee Yuva Always in Search of New Talent: Bavesh Janavlekar, the Chief Channel Officer of the Marathi Movie Cluster (Zee Talkies, Zee Yuva, and Chitramandir), took time off from his daily responsibilities to be present.
Expressing his thoughts on this, Bavesh stated, “The field of arts is continuously evolving with new creativity. This medium is so creative that it constantly brings something new, whether it’s on the stage or on the screen. Every artist, director, writer, and others involved in this process contribute to creating something artistic, whether it’s on the theater stage or on the big screen. Zee Yuva, Zee Talkies, and Zee Chitramandir have always been involved in discovering new talent in the field of performing arts. This quest for new talent is an ongoing process for us. It’s a continuous effort to bring the best artists, plays, and movies to the audience. This competition, is like a blessing for us. It gives us the opportunity to witness a wealth of talent.”
The competition took place from January 18th to 21st in Ahmednagar. The competition is a significant event in the state, and this time, many talented artists from various colleges participated.
